Contact
Cannasys Maps is the informational directory of private cannabis associations in Spain. Write to us if you have questions about the directory, adding your club, reviews or membership requests, or about how your personal data is processed. Here are all the ways to talk to the team.
We have two email addresses — pick the one that fits your topic and the reply will come sooner.
- [email protected] — questions about how the service works: the directory and search, membership requests, reviews, your account, adding and verifying a club, the plans and subscription.
- [email protected] — general and legal matters: partnerships, advertising, company details and any data protection enquiry, including exercising your rights as a data subject.
Tell us about your case in as much detail as possible: if you are writing about a club, include its name; if it is about a request or a review, add the link to the club's page. That way we solve it sooner.
From your account
Your account has a support form: each enquiry is saved in your list and you can attach a file to it. The form is available once you are logged in. There is no chat inside an enquiry — support replies to your account email; if you want to add something, create a new enquiry.
- If you are a user — support in your personal account
- If you manage a club — support in the club panel
If you do not have an account yet, write to the support email — no form needed.
